...sample the artisan wines, salami, and honey produced by local farmers as well as the handmade cheese produced at a farm near Volterra. My mouth is already beginning to water! Not to mention getting our own hands right into the action of preparing rustic Tuscan recipes. We will delight our hometown dinner guests when we return laden with new menus to share.
